Ti: The Polynesians brought Ti to Hawaii and used its leaves to make raincoats and sandals, to wrap and cook their food, and for many other purposes. Its cooked roots supplemented their diet and provided a mild “beer.” Ti even had medicinal and spiritual uses. Some still use it to ward of evil or bad luck.

We wrap our pendants and dangle earrings in Sterling Silver wire. Each pendant comes with
a black satin cord - as pictured here - cut to approximately 34" in length, with
ends treated to prevent fraying, which can be tied to the desired length.

We also make the findings on our dangle earrings - the part that goes through your ear - from Sterling Silver.
Our post earrings have Surgical Steel posts, and they come with comfort earnuts.

Each purchase comes with a card, describing all the available Hawaiian Quilt designs.
(Because monitors display colors differently, the true color of the jewelry
may differ a bit from what you see on your screen.
Items pictured are examples only, not the actual items available for purchase.
Since each piece is handmade, variations in appearance will occur,
but items available for purchase look very much like the items pictured here.)
