Shipping Information

To place an order, please email for a list of available items. Then let us know what you would like to order. Include your shipping address and your email address but not your credit card information.

We will then create and send you a PayPal invoice (no PayPal account is required to make a payment with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express from a PayPal invoice), including shipping (and tax, if the order is to be shipped within Hawaii). Once payment is received, orders generally ship within 3 business days.

We ship via US Mail

Most orders are sent via insured US Priority Mail, although First Class and Express Mail may be available upon request. Actual shipping charge will be calculated and included in the PayPal invoice sent prior to order shipment. Below are estimated shipping costs for orders sent via insured Priority Mail to the US Mainland:

Shipment available to addresses in the United States and Canada

We currently accept orders for shipment to addresses in the U.S. or Canada only. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping Damage and Loss

As all shipments are insured, if your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and notify us immediately so that we can begin the process to file an insurance claim and send you a replacement order. (We may need to request your assistance in filing the claim.)

If you do not receive your order within a few days of expected delivery date (based on shipment date and shipping method), please contact us so that we may attempt to track it down. If it has been lost, we will send out a replacement and file a claim with the Post Office.
