Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it ships at no charge (except custom orders). Once we ship your order, we cannot cancel it, but you may return it, as outlined in our Return Policy above.

Custom orders may be cancelled at no charge at any time until we begin production on the order. Once production has begun, but before the order has shipped, cancelled custom orders are subject to a 20% cancellation charge. Once the item has been shipped, the custom order may no longer be cancelled. We do not accept returns or process refunds on custom order items.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes the visitor's IP address, referring website, internet browser, and operating system (where possible).

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us at their request or with information regarding orders they have placed.

Mailing list subscribers are provided with a web address at which they can review and change their information. Customers may contact us to request the information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them, and we will make corrections upon request.

Security Statement

We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site, and we utilize firewall, anti-virus, and other security software to protect information stored electronically.
