Our normal business hours are 9am to 5pm, Hawaii time, Monday through Friday (except holidays), but we often respond to emails and phone calls outside of these hours, as well.

(Hawaii does not observe Daylight Savings Time, so depending upon the location and time of year, we can be as many as 6 hours behind the US mainland.)
